Students researched ‘good’ and ‘bad’ micro-organisms. Students then used Popplet.com, an interactive mind-mapping program, to present their understandings. Students were very engaged through using this program, and enjoyed using the various tools. They needed to use higher order thinking skills through deciding how they would organise the information.
Had a look at the website – an excellent resource! Very useful for any topic, and a lot neater than the hand drawn mind maps my students do 🙂
